WEEKLY WORKOUT RECAP #1

Once upon a time, I used to write a weekly workout recap – how they went, what I did, and how I felt, etc – and I really enjoyed it. It was fun to write about it! ¬†Plus, I’m able to write more here than I can fit in my training log. Haha! Then, I kinda got away from it because 1. I wasn’t really working out as much – I mean, really, how interesting is “I walked 5 miles” or ¬†“I’m not allowed to squat because my knee is busted…
