PUMPKIN SPICE TRAIL MIX NUT BUTTER
Lightly spiced with quintessential Fall flavors (hello, pumpkin!), this trail mix nut butter is sure to become your new favorite. Spread it on everything or eat it straight from the jar!

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Spread nuts on baking sheet and roast for 12-16 minutes, stirring (or shaking pan) after 8 minutes and checking after 12 to ensure the nuts don’t burn. Remove from oven, let cool.
  3. Place nuts in high powered food processor and start on high. Go somewhere else for at least 8 minutes, maybe 10. Mine took 8 minutes to get to a beautiful smooth consistency.
  4. Stop food processor and add pumpkin pie spice and salt. Process on high for another 2 minutes or until spices are blended in.
  5. Pour into your preferred container. (seriously, pour. and scrape. there will not likely be scooping.) Store in refrigerator for best results. Unless you eat the whole jar right away. And then, go you! <3
Recipe Notes

*If you’re not a pumpkin spice fan, leave it out. This is perfectly delicious both without and with salt. I mean, taste it before you add the spice. Decide then.
