TOASTED WALNUT CASHEW BUTTER

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place walnuts on one baking sheet and cashews on another. Toast in oven 5 minutes, then toss or stir, and toast 3-5 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let cool slightly
  3. Place toasted walnuts and cashews into food processor. Blend until smooth, approximately 5-10 minutes depending on strength of food processor. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix just until blended.
  4. Store in airtight container (mason jars work great!!) in the refrigerator.
Recipe Notes

*This nut butter will be very smooth and perfect for drizzling! Storing in refrigerator helps to firm it up a little but it will still be very smooth and easy to spread.
